Tender description

Stratford School Academy is a popular and successful secondary school with two campuses in Forest Gate. The school has 1,500 students across the two campuses. The school is tendering their cleaning services with the aim of starting the new contract on April 1st 2021 for an initial three year term with an optional 2 x 1 year options to extend based on satisfactory performance. Lot 1: The School is looking for a professional cleaning partner to manage all day to day aspects of the cleaning services on site. The incumbent contractor is Cleantec. Grosvenor Road campus has circa 750 students and 100 staff, it occupies 5,031 M². The Upton Road campus has circa 750 students and 100 staff, it occupies 5,986 M². Please note that the cleaning team are eligible to join the LGPS pension scheme and as of the 27th November 2020 none of the team have elected to join it. It follows that LGPS and the ability to obtain Admitted Body Status may be a requirement of the tender.
