Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme Surveys for Defra

Tender description

Carry out decarbonisation surveys for Defra across 22 sites to ensure an application is submitted in time for PSDS 3b The primary objective is to identify projects that are eligible for the PSDS scheme. However, we will carry out the low carbon surveys to fit into Defra's wider decarbonisation strategy. Any identified measures deemed ineligible for PSDS will still be captured and presented to Defra to support the wider strategy. The activities carried out as part of this project would include: 1) Energy and asset data collation and review 2) On site surveys assessing opportunities for heat decarbonisation, energy efficiency and renewable energy 3) Project management including update meetings, coordination of site visits and data management 4) Associated analysis, calculations and estimations of energy, cost and carbon savings 5) Completion of PSDS application templates 6) Supporting narrative required for the application 7) High level schematics indicating locations of retrofit measures 8) A formal recommendations report and presentation 9) A technology register of all decarbonisation measures identified
