Tender description
Bulk road fuel supply, broken down into the 2 elements as follows: Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) as a road fuel meeting EN15940 quality standards. Note the fuel must be manufactured from waste and contain no virgin palm oil. Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) as a rebated Gas Oil meeting EN15940 quality standards, but recognised as a BS2869 Class A2 for fuel duty.
