<p>Torbay Council are undertaking an Expression of Interest event to identify providers who are able to meet the Council’s requirement of a service that can provide a Letter box offer of book packs and resources based on the curriculum which are also sensitive to the issues of cared for children, 6 times per year to increase the confidence in reading and Key Stage number.
