A. The Trust is looking for an All-Inclusive Legal Service and Legal HR Support Service which:i. Is cost effective and delivers high quality legal support services.ii. Provides transparent all-inclusive pricing which allows accurate budgeting over the term of the Contract. iii. provides a single point of contact for all of the Trust’s legal requirements and management of third-party providers. B. The Trust assesses a Legal service and HR support service that is fully accessible from one or more provider(s), where a relationship can be built and added value can be obtained for a known fixed price is the best operating model. Lot 1: Learning Academy Partnership Lot 1 Legal Services Learning Academy Partnership have requested support in tendering for both Legal Services and HR Legal Services through an open procedure.The tender has been split into 2 lots dependent on which the supplier wishes to bid for and bidders are allowed to bid for both Lots if they choose:Lot 1 - Legal ServicesLot 2 - HR Legal Services Lot 2: Learning Academy Partnership Lot 2 HR Legal Services Learning Academy Partnership have requested support in tendering for both Legal Services and HR Legal Services through an open procedure.The tender has been split into 2 lots dependent on which the supplier wishes to bid for and bidders are allowed to bid for both Lots if they choose:Lot 1 - Legal ServicesLot 2 - HR Legal Services
