Tender description

The London Borough of Hackney intends to appoint a Consultant Team to work with the Council, stakeholders and other separately appointed consultants for the following: - management and delivery of the remedial works programme and structural repairs to the building (including surveys). - refurbishment of Kings Hall Leisure Centre (KHLC), based on feasibility option 5 - Max Wet Leisure (excluding the residential element). This is being procured as a direct call off via the National Framework for Professional Services in Construction and Premises - Lot 1 (OJEU Ref: 17064-2016).
