Tender description

The Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service (NICTS) has a number of Direct Exchange Lines (DELs) and Analogue telephone lines installed across the court estate. These lines are used for emergency telephones in lifts, courthouse intruder alarms and jury panels. The NICTS requires provision, maintenance, rental and usage of Direct Exchange Lines (DEL) that will meet the current and any future NICTS needs for various venues throughout the NICTS estate. These lines are a critical component of each of the following Strategic Objectives: • to deliver high quality services that support an independent Judiciary and meet the needs of our customers; and • to deliver a controlled financial and commercial environment achieving value for money. This is a 5 year contract with no options to extend.
