Wrexham County Borough Council are conducting market engagement for a GDPR compliant, cloud hosted web-based system to manage all aspects of Housing Tenancies including mobile working, document management and automated correspondence. The system must also provide comprehensive reporting and management dashboards for each service area.We are interested in a solution that could provide most, if not all of the following:- Rent processing – income management, direct debits, target rents, rent assessment, universal credit management- Service charges for tenants and leaseholders- Supporting people grants- Arrears Management, prevention, projections, court processes- Managing void tenancies- Housing Applications – banding, online applications- Housing Nominations to external agencies- Property Allocations- Tenancy visits and monitoring- Tenancy support – including recording personal, sensitive information- Estate Management and monitoring- Day to Day Repairs- Periodic Servicing- Planned Maintenance- Anti-Social Behaviour – Tenancy enforcement processes and court action- Tenant and Contractor Self Service Portals- Housing options – managing temporary accommodation, homelessness investigation and applications- Traveller site – managing plot allocations, applications, rent and arrears- Integration with various other ICT systems, e.g. Civica IconAdded functionality, which we may require.- Tenant Profiling and Analytics- Welfare Adaptations- Customer Satisfaction Surveys (Compliments and Complaints)- Customer Relationship ManagementNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=122520.
