<p>The Government of Jersey requires a centralised pan-Authority EDMS/Digital Asset capability which can provide Line of Business (Department specific) configurations of the functionality compliant with both the Authority data and information and technology policies and standards. The Authority shall appoint a supplier to lead the transformation of information and digital assets across the government. This supplier shall provide: leadership, appropriate governance, the core technology capability that manages all digital assets, delivers a service to users, provides a bulk scanning and loading capability and be the catalyst for change to deliver the business outcomes through training and transformation support.</p> Keywords: EDMS
