Fringe At Tramlines Devonshire Green stage programme

Tender description

Sheffield city council’s major events team would like to request quotes to provide the stage programme (bands, live music, stage management. artist management, compere/MC, liaison with stage company, and basic refreshments) for The Fringe At Tramlines event in 2022 and 2023 The major events team organises and manages the city’s major events programme which includes events in Sheffield city centre, Sheffield parks and major sporting events. The contract will be expected to run for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months. Please note that this specification is based on previous years’ events our projections for upcoming events. These requirements are subject to change, and we would expect to work with the successful company to agree appropriate changes where required. Requirements We are looking for providers to programme the city centre music stage on Devonshire Green for The Fringe At Tramlines event in the city centre (which coincides with the Tramlines Festival taking place in Hillsborough Park). We are looking for a provider for a two-year period (with an option to extend to three years if both parties are agreeable).
