Framework for Arboricultural Consultancy Services for Active Travel Schemes

Tender description

Limerick City and County Council Active Travel seeks to set up a Framework of Arboricultural Consultants for carrying out independent tree surveys (compliant with : BS 5837 (2012) "Trees in Relation to Design, Demolition and Construction to Construction - Recommendations") for different Active Travel Schemes across the county. The tender will be a two-stage process. Stage 1 will set up a framework of suitably qualified Consultants. Stage 2 will award an initial bundle of the works to be carried out under the framework. The framework will be set up for a 4-year period with possible extension for 12 months. Additional ‘mini –competitions’ on a price only weighing will continue throughout the framework period including all Consultants successfully completing stage 1.
