Sefton Council are inviting Expressions of interest for a Provider to support a 14 -year-old young person who is currently placed in a residential placement out of borough. YP was successfully placed with one provider for over 12 months until April 22. Prior to being placed out of borough YP was putting herself at risk and there were concerns around being missing from care and use of alcohol, cannabis, and other substances. Out borough YP made great progress and was engaging with staff/education and all concerning behaviours stopped. Residential Home with homely environment out of the Sefton area</p> Keywords: Placement
