Sefton Council are inviting Expressions of interest for a Provider to support a vulnerable 13 -year-old young person who is currently in a residential placement. Placement has given 28 days&rsquo; notice as they are unable to meet the needs of the YP. YP was previously in a foster placement for nearly three years until it was found the foster carers care was not good enough as they were being harsh and punitive with the children. As a result of this the sibling group was split up and YP was placed in a residential placement through no fault of her own.</p> Keywords: Placement
