Tender description

The installation of a covered restaurant and glazed courtyard, with minor alterations to the existing building. The North East Scotland Preservation Trust wishes to appoint an experienced contractor to construct a new restaurant in the courtyard behind the newly completed John Trail Hotel. The courtyard also provides the link between the Hotel and the former Clydesdale Bank which will be converted into an extension to hotel in the future.
