Conservation Works at Rathcooney Church, Glanmire, Cork for Cork City Council

Tender description

Cork City Council wish to procure a Conservation Engineer/Architect, and appropriately qualified stonework contractor, to carry out conservation works at Rathcooney Church, Cork, to include consolidation and flaunching of gables, and limited repointing of all four walls of the church. The Conservation Engineer/Architect will oversee the conservation works and will procure and supervise the stonework contractor and undertake all necessary Health and Safety requirements. All works will be recorded by photograph and a report submitted to Cork City Council.
