2022 Inclusion on a Panel for Electrical Maintenance Services & Routine Electrical works to KARE properties

Tender description

The Facilities Department require the services of an Electrical Maintenance Company on an ongoing basis to deal with requests for Electrical Repairs / Maintenance. Non planned maintenance interventions are required on an ongoing basis and a maintenance request system is in place to request the service required from approved suppliers from the Electrical Maintenance Services panel. Examples of the types of work that fall within the scope of this contract are but not limited to – • Callouts to replace broken light fittings / sockets / fuse boards / wiring etc and all other aspects of non-planned electrical maintenance • Installation of Wi-Fi / Saorview boxes / new smart TV installs / electric car charging points / electric door holders etc and all other aspects of planned electrical maintenance • Electrical compliance works with regards to HIQA inspected properties / electrical works to new KARE properties coming online
