Tender description

The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to award a Contract to meet the following requirements: (i) Upon appointment the successful tenderer shall be required to perform an inspection of relevant electrical boards across the UHK Campus. Arising from this inspection, the successful tenderer shall produce a work-list for review by the Contracting Authority. (ii) The work-list produced above shall be utilised to agree defined packages of repair or replacement work with the successful tenderer as the need arises. This agreement shall be established by reference to daily rates and the percentage surcharge applied to material costs by the successful tenderer. Further details of the Contracting Entity's requirements are provided in Section 3.
