Technology Enabled Care Managed Service

Tender description

This procurement is concerned with the purchase of Technology Enabled Care (TEC). The Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) are progressing with the use of TEC to improve people’s assessment of need and maximise independence. The implementation of managed service aims to take a Technology First Approach to the assessment and review of people. Introducing The TEC managed service across the HSCP will reduce waiting lists, offering a means of prioritisation for assessment and review. It will provide insight data to inform assessments and reviews, providing evidence to implement care, changes to care & support plans and allow for effective deployment of resources.
