Tender description

Derry City and Strabane District Council invites tenders from experienced and competent architects / practices to provide architectural services for a 2 phase delivery based upon RIBA Plan of Works 2013 stage 0 to 7 inclusive for each of the properties. The Covid Recovery Small Settlement Regeneration programme is a Revitalisation Scheme/Environmental Improvement works for the Castlederg/Sperrin and Faughan District Electoral Area's. This new regeneration funding programme is for eligible rural areas. The Scheme will consist of a series of physical regeneration interventions designed to improve the Physical regeneration of small settlements in order to improve place making and aid recovery from Covid-19. Interventions include the Heritage-led Revitalisation Shopfront enhancement schemes comprising mainly of Façade painting to commercial properties (may also include signage). Other ancillary works may consist of environmental improvements to public realm e.g. seating, planting, welcome signage and cleaning of surfaces. Please refer to CfT documents for further detail.
