The work is highly specialist requiring intimate knowledge of the arrangements. - ME Kemp have been involved for months on various works in this area and for years with the PEMC group so have a comprehensive understanding of the requirement. -It would take a significant amount of time and therefore add significant risk to the project to prepare other contractors for this work as it is so specialist.
