Provision of Printing Services

Tender description

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council invites you to tender for the provision of printing services. The contract period is 1 August 2022 to 31 July 2023 with an option, by the Council, to extend for further periods of up to 24 months, (subject to review and performance). The Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified and experienced organisations to a framework to provide printing services to the Council which will be contract managed by the Communications Team. The intention is to establish a framework for the provision of printing services, with Lots, as follows: Lot 1 Corporate Publications e.g. Borough magazine Lot 2 Corporate Stationery e.g. headed paper, compliment slips Lot 3 Promotional Printed Flyers and Leaflets Lot 4 Promotional Printed Banners, Posters and Display Boards Tenderers can bid for one or more Lots but must clearly indicate which Lot(s) they are bidding for and must price for ALL items within each selected Lot. Tenderers who bid for more than one Lot will have each of those bids treated and evaluated separately. On the above basis, the Council gives no undertaking that any supplier appointed to the framework will receive an order during the contract period.
