Tender description
A strategic priority within the Antrim & Newtownabbey PCSP Strategic Plan 2019-2022 is to ‘Improve community safety by tackling actual and perceived crime and anti-social behaviour’ and within this, an action is: - To commission and oversee the delivery of a Drugs and Substances Misuse and Dealing Awareness Raising Programme On this basis, Antrim and Newtownabbey PCSP wishes to appoint a provider to develop and deliver appropriate services which will constitute a: A Drugs/Substance Misuse and Dealing Awareness Raising Programme within the Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough. It is expected that the contract period will be 01 July 2022 – 31 March 2025 with the option to extend for a further 6 months in 3 month increments. This contract is subject to annual review with subsequent award / Letters of Offer dependent upon: evidence of ongoing need; availability of funding; satisfactory performance as determined by PCSP.
