Property Building Energy Rating Certificate Surveys (BER’s) for Galway City Council

Tender description

Galway City Council wishes to establish a multi party framework for Property Building Energy Rating Certificate Surveys (BER’s). The initial contract is for 140 dwellings located in Galway City. Galway City Council are requesting a qualified person to complete BER surveys and issue certificates post survey. The Assessor(s) must be a member of SEAI’s Domestic Dwelling Assessors in order to undertake these works. This funding requires compliance with various deadlines in relation to completion of the works and submission of requests for payment. This Contract is subject to funding approval and may be re-advertised or removed, if the Most Advantageous Tender is not deemed non-economically viable. The contract consists of a number of dwellings owned by Galway City Council. All of the dwellings in this contract have received Energy Retrofit or may soon undertake Retrofit works.
