Prop Provision to BBC Productions

Tender description

This document is the ITT for the provision of the Managed Service of Prop Provision for BBC Productions. The BBC is acting on its own behalf and as an agent to include but not limited to BBC Studios Distribution Limited and/or BBC Studios Production Limited who will be entitled to place call offs under the Framework Agreements plus all and any relevant BBC subsidiaries or other entities referred to in this ITT. Any reference in this ITT to the BBC shall be deemed to include a reference to all BBC subsidiaries or other entities referred to in this ITT. This ITT is to ascertain the best solution for the BBC’s use of universally known brands used as props, products and services for BBC Drama, Comedy and selected Entertainment/Factual Entertainment programmes. The information is required to ascertain the best solution for providing the BBC with a wide range of appropriate props, products and services within the confines of the BBC Editorial Guidelines under the heading of Prop Provision.
