PIN for Mechanical and Electrical Facilities Management Services Framework

Tender description

A Prior Information Notice (“PIN”) is being issued by Monmouthshire County Council, (“the Authority”) running the proposed procurement on behalf of Monmouthshire County Council, Torfaen County Borough Council and Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council seeking interest from operators able to supply the following services:- • Portable Fire Fighting Equipment • Commercial Gas and Oil Servicing • Kitchen Equipment • Kitchen Canopy Cleaning • Maintenance of Passenger and Goods lifts • Air Conditioning / Air Handling units • Fan Assisted Heaters The lotting structure for the services are yet to be confirmed. Additionally the evaluation methodology and structure in respect of pricing, call-off and forms of contract will be developed pending feedback from the market. The Authority is keen to receive expressions of interest and market opinion on how to shape the framework going forward, but also any lessons learnt from existing incumbent suppliers on how the service could be improved. The value of the new framework is estimated to be 3 million GBP Failure to submit an expression of interest will not exclude any suppliers from bidding for the opportunity once published.
