Tender description

The NESPT wishes to appoint a Conservation Accredited Architect and Team to carry out an Options Appraisal of 10 historic buildings in Portsoy and Whitehills. The NESPT is a beneficiary in the will of the late Thomas Burnett-Stuart and has been left a portfolio of 10 historic buildings in Portsoy and Whitehills. To assist the NESPT in deciding what to do with the buildings a detailed Options Appraisal, Condition Survey and Financial Appraisal is required.
