Ref Service Description 1 • Lot 1 - Occupational Health & Wellbeing Services* 2 • Lot 2 - Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) 3 • Lot 3 - Physiotherapy Services Lot 1: Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services Lot 1: Occupational Health & Wellbeing Services ​ End to end management referral process ​ Neurodiversity diagnosis (part of management referral process, new requirement no process map exists for this) ​ Onward referral for facilitation of private treatment​ Night worker Assessment ​ Statutory Health Surveillance ​ New and internal mover health assessment ​ Drugs and Alcohol testing Support around the promotion of Health and Wellbeing following the Group Companies Wellbeing Calendar ​ Ability to provide Health Needs Assessment (Elective Fund)* Lot 2: Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Lot 2: Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) ​ Employee Assistance Programme (Inc. telephone line and Counselling services under EAP provision) ​ Specialist advice over a variety of core areas e.g. career / legal advice, management support included under the EAP provision ​ Crisis / Trauma Management ​ Psychological Therapy Services as a referral only service Lot 3: Physiotherapy Services Lot 3: Physiotherapy Services​ End to end management referral process for Physiotherapy - delivered face to face, through guided self-help and telephone administration, with the ability to securely send reports and information on employee fitness to work to Lot 1 Occupational Health provider to host on system ​ DSE and Ergonomist Assessment - including vehicle assessments Functional Restoration Programme (FRP) as part of Physiotherapy referral process
