Tender description
Works will comprise the refurbishment of existing welfare and office accommodation within the warehouse. New acoustic partitions, suspended ceilings, floor finishes and wall finishes will be required throughout. Mechanical works will comprise the installation of a new low temperature heating system, new gas boilers inc. associated re-piping within the plant room, new supply gas pipework, dedicated ventilation and cooling systems. Electrical works will comprise the installation of new data, small power, general lighting, emergency lighting, automatic smoke alarm and detection, c/w containment, throughout the Warehouse to suit a new racking system (supplied and installed separately).
