***PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE*** ID 4280534 DAERA is currently considering the need and benefits of a procurement process to establish a contract with a pool of Suppliers on a call-off list to provide professional legal expertise to support the implementation of The Environmental Impact Assessment (Agriculture) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007. Prior to initiating any procurement, the Department wishes to establish availability of expertise and the level of market interest in participating in a procurement process.
