***PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE*** ID 4231473 DAERA - EIA (Agriculture) Regulations Function Development - Environmental Experts. DAERA is currently considering the need and benefits of a procurement process to establish a contract with a pool of Suppliers on a call-off list to provide professional environmental expertise to support the implementation of the Regulations. The potential scale and scope of this service is such that it offers a significant opportunity to bidders. Prior to initiating any procurement, the Department wishes to establish availability of expertise and the level of market interest in participating in a procurement process.
