FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT - LEASING OF DESKTOP COMPUTERS 2022 - 2026

Tender description

HM Government of Gibraltar wants to enter into a framework agreement with a single organisation (hereinafter referred to as Economic Operator) in accordance with regulation 33 (6) of the Procurement (Public Sector Contracts) Regulations 2016 (hereinafter referred to as PPSCR16). The framework agreement shall be in force for a period of four years in accordance with the terms and conditions governing the framework. During the four-year framework agreement period the Contracting Authority may "call-off" the supply of desktop computers on an ad hoc basis (i.e. without a pre-defined frequency or volume(s)) from the Economic Operator. The call-off contracts shall include the provision of maintenance services and secondary services as detailed in the Specifications.
