Tender description
A contract has been awarded to a supplier of professional services to work with FLS to produce a detailed design for the new car park and associated information to proceed with a planning submission. The supplier will also provide the services of a Quantity Surveyor in order to cost the project and prepare information sufficient for the future construction phase tender. This direct award of contract has been necessitated by a failed Quick Quote where only one supplier responded and the value was over the 50000GBP threshold for quotations. Due to the urgency of the project, the only potential route is to make an over the threshold Direct Award of contract to the bidder
