Tender description

Business Design is a key enabling function for the Programme - working to transpose policy onto the as-is system, design to-be models and translate the impact into actionable change requirements for programme and operational delivery. There is an existing Civil Service and Supplier Design Team in place (drawn from the System Design team, who urgently require additional external support to plan and execute design activity across the programme given the growing level of demand for business design capability more effectively.
