Tender description

The City of London Corporation is seeking technical support to develop a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) setting out the Corporation's expectations for sustainable development within the Square Mile in line with planning policy in this field. The SPD will be part of a suite of policies, strategies and action plans to support sustainable development in the City. It will take account of these broader initiatives, highlight their relevance in specific areas and promote opportunities for coordinated action. It will be a key element in supporting the delivery of several key Corporation policies, in particular the Climate Action Strategy's objectives and targets.
