<p>Bristol City Council has adopted a policy to dispose of selected sites for development of affordable housing by community led housing (CLH) groups. The Community Led Housing Land Disposal Policy (CLH LDP) defines Community led housing and details the range of eligible legal entities for Community Land Trust&rsquo;s who wish to bid. There are six sites being offered during this land release programme.
