Tender description

A Clinical Contact for the Community Champions Programme which would directly respond to and answer queries from members of the public and our Community Champions on COVID vaccination. The main aims of the service are; a. To increase COVID vaccine uptake in the east of the Merton borough for those that have not had any COVID vaccines. b. Encourage those that have had some but not all COVID vaccination to complete the course they are eligible for, either a second dose or a booster. c. Vaccine plus offer – where appropriate to promote the broader local health and wellbeing services. d. Offer personalised and structured conversations with a registered health professional. e. Build/increase the trust between individuals and the NHS.
