Tender description

Delivery of the Phase 3 Prevention Pledge pilots in 22/23, to include the engagement of nine additional trusts, commencing the adoption process and maintain support for the existing nine trusts. This is a continuation of funding which has only recently been confirmed to allow an additional years funding and a phase 3 of the prevention pledge to be developed. Delivery is by HEG (Health Equalities Group)s specified originally by the Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partnership and their Prevention Board
