Central Parade -Building services full design The Scope of Services to be provided is as described below: Site Visits and Inspections During Construction: 1.1 Monitor the installation of the MEP services, systems and installations checking for compliance against the Employers Requirements/ specifications and general statutory compliance and good practice. 1.2 Provide commentary to the client partners where standards fall short of what has been prescribed/ expected by means of reports following site visits. 1.3 Work alongside the clients incumbent design team and advisors in relation to the identification of and where applicable resolution of any conflicts or issues in relation to site works not conforming to the Employers Requirements. 1.4 Visit site at least two days a month as part of this commission up to and including the commissioning stage (see fee options below). 1.5 Comment on the format and content of the Operation & Maintenance manuals. 1.6 Review the contractor and the M&E sub-contractors commissioning strategy and programme and ensure the installations are fully and properly tested and commissioned prior to be offered as ‘practically complete’ to the client partners. 1.7 Review the contractor and the M&E sub-contractors certification and record documentation/ as built drawings and other such information required to facilitate completion and operation of the building.
