Tender description

Provision of Boiler/Burner Maintenance Services for Ulster University. The Contractor shall deliver the following services throughout the term of this Contract: • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): bi - annual inspection, servicing and certification of all boilers/burners listed in Annex 1. • A 24/7 callout service in respect to boiler/burner break downs. The University estate has grown and developed over many years, some buildings going back to circa 1970s, and continues to grow and evolve. To comply with British standards and to ensure boilers/burners are working at optimum efficiency to provide hot water for the hygiene and thermal comfort of all Students, Staff and Visitors to the University’s buildings all boilers require a biannual inspection and service. This Contract is being let for the University’s Estates Services Department who are responsible for the statutory compliance of the facilities within the University.
