Supply and installation of Heating / Air-conditioning systems

Tender description

We wish to install a small heating / air-conditioning system in each of 4 small offices. The offices comprise predominantly glass walls with suspended ceilings as shown in the photos in the attached tender document: Office are approximately 3 metres x 3 metres. Internal units to be fitted into the suspended ceilings. Internal controller to be wall mounted. External units to be mounted on the external flat roof. General: • All materials and labour to be supplied by contractor. • All Scaffolding and other access systems to be provided by contractor. • All waste to be removed by Contractor. • All measurements to be taken by contractor / tenderer. • Contractor is responsible for all insurances. Copies of policies may be requested to be submitted before contract is awarded. • Contract must be completed by 14th October 2022 or earlier.
