Tender description

The fabrication work comprises cutting and bending 4mm and 3mm mild steel sheets to align with the inner circumference of the tunnel, but tapered conical section longitudinally to suit the misalignment of the sections at the junctions (with gaps) between the sections in accordance with Drawing A104. It might be that thin gauge steel templates are required, prior to fabricating the 4mm & 3mm steel plates. The work in the tunnel comprises welding these bent steel plates to the steel tunnel, 50% of which is overhead.
