Tender description
<p>Durham County Council is looking into a potential procurement exercise in relation to the provision of Domestic Abuse ‘By and For’ Services. The Council is exploring the possibility of strengthening the current service offering in relation to providing safe accommodation and/or specialist support for domestic abuse victims and survivors (and their children) who are residing in safe accommodation (be that refuge, dispersed properties or sanctuary). This particular exercise is focussing on ‘By and For’ Services. These are services that are designed and delivered by and for the users of our community who are minoritized.
