<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The London Borough of Hackney is currently reviewing care charging in line with the Government's new Social Care policy reforms on Care Charging and the financial cap.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As part of this work we need to be able to </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> supports people going through the process of financial assessments for care. Currently we do this manually using paper based assessments and we are looking for a web-based system that will allow residents to remotely complete their own assessments.</span></p> <p> </p> <p>Please view the attached PDF document released with this advert. There are a number of questions we are requesting suppliers to complete.
