Request for Tenders for the supply, delivery, installation of Interactive Touchscreen Display Panels and associated services

Tender description

The Board of Management of Meánscoil Iognáid Rís – Drimnagh Castle (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the supply of the goods as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Goods”). The Goods will be supplied and installed in, classrooms at Meánscoil Iognáid Rís – Drimnagh Castle This public procurement competition (the “Competition) will be priced as one (1) lot (a “Lot”) as described below. This public procurement competition relates to the supply of the following: - Twenty-Five (25) 75-inch interactive touchscreen display panels. The Lot will be evaluated pursuant to the provisions of Part 3.3 of this RFT based on the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT). Tenderers must be able to supply and install the touchscreens Friday 26th August 2022 Required: Delivery to site, distribution to 25 rooms which are situated over 2 floors, installation and commissioning including all necessary cabling and connection to class laptop, clean-up and remove all packaging sustainably.
