Reflooring of Main Entrance to Enterprise House

Tender description

A. Install new flooring to replace quarry tiles in the Enterprise House Main Entrance. We wish to replace the current flooring on the Entrance to Enterprise House, Kiltimagh. The current flooring comprises quarry tiles. We wish to replace / re-cover these with a modern non slip, durable flooring product. The areas concerned are approximately 100 metres sq.. They include: - Main Entrance Hallway, - Rear Entrance Hallway, - Access to rear Stairs, - Gents Toilets, - Ladies Toilets. Any proposed flooring solution must have an anti slip rating of R10. (Contractor / tenderer is responsible for taking exact measurements and a site visit is invited / advised before submitting tender.) General: • All materials and labour to be supplied by contractor. • All waste to be removed by Contractor. • All measurements to be taken by contractor / tenderer. • Contractor is responsible for all insurances. Copies of policies may be requested to be submitted before contract is awarded. • Contract must be completed by 14th October 2022 or earlier.
