Her Majesty The Queen's Birthday Party (QBP) is an annual networking event that brings together key UK and Mexican stakeholders around a themed celebration of the best of the UK, its culture, and creativity. The theme of the QBP 2022 will be The Queen's Platinum Jubilee. The event will express this theme through a creative, inclusive and innovative event that reflects the diversity of the UK and creates an interactive and memorable experience for attendees. The ambition and objectives for this year's QBP is threefold: - Raise profile of UK as a key partner of Mexico by holding the best 'National Day' reception in Mexico City. - Deepen and broaden relationships with key stakeholders to support meeting our objectives. - To mark the Platinum Jubilee. The Jubilee will be a great opportunity to showcase the best of Britain in a significant year for UK culture and creativity. On 6th February this year Her Majesty The Queen will become the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee, marking 70 years of service to the people of the United Kingdom, the Realms and the Commonwealth. To celebrate this unprecedented anniversary, events and initiatives will take place throughout the year, culminating in a four day UK bank holiday weekend from Thursday 2nd to Sunday 5th June. The bank holiday will provide an opportunity for communities and people throughout the United Kingdom to come together to celebrate the historic milestone. The QBP in Mexico will be celebrated on the evening on Thursday 2nd June 2022 at the Ambassador's Residence.
