Tender description
Employee Engagement is vital in Ulster University’s aim to be the ‘Employer of Choice’ and achieve the People and Culture (P&C) aspiration of ‘Achieving Excellence Together’. University-wide resources will be targeted to ensure impact and momentum to both survey procurement and design and to enable effective implementation of actions to maximise measurable impact. The total number of employees eligible to participate in the survey is 2,683 staff (February 2022 figures). The surveys will measure the levels of staff engagement across the University and will be a key measure of success for our “Employee Experience” pillar of the People and Culture Strategy. These surveys will take place on an ad-hoc basis throughout the duration of the contract as and when required.
