Independent Evaluation for Support Advisors which will focus on the following two services: - Family Domestic Abuse Support Advisors - Adolescent Intervention Service Support Workers The fundamental question to be answered by this independent evaluation is whether having specialist workers in the FAS team help staff to effectively identify and respond to families impacted by domestic abuse, sexual violence and complex needs. And does it provide better service for children and families in Cornwall. The Evaluator will produce a thorough examination and analysis of the Support Advisors/ workers role.
