This Invitation to Tender (the ITT) relates to a framework (the Framework) under which Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) intends to deliver maintenance work and new project work for civil engineering and highways schemes across the Authority’s respective administrative area (the Contract Area).The Framework will primarily be used to deliver within the designated area. The projects may involve (but are not limited to) the construction of minor highway and civil engineering improvement schemes, which may involve the appointed Contractor in limited design work, highway and bridge maintenance works, and minor construction and maintenance works.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only).• Click on the PQQ/ITT code, you can now access any attachments by clicking the “Settings and Buyer Attachments” in the “Actions” box.3.
