Gas Central Heating Installation & Associated Works 2022 to 2025

Tender description

Works will comprise of the design supply and installation of domestic gas central heating systems. Works will consist of the design supply and installation of domestic gas central heating systems including boiler replacement, radiator replacement, central heating pipework, upgrading of gas supply pipes, joinery works, plasterwork and other associated works. The first year of the contract will be focused on removing central heating systems from a central plant room and installing a separate central heating boiler/system in each house. Boiler positions will need to be decided at marchin/survey stage and will either be sited in the kitchen or bedroom in properties that haven't had a central heating boiler previously. It is envisaged that not all properties will require the same level of work. The extent of works within each property will therefore be decided during the marchin/survey process. Works will cover a three year period with the option of an extension to a fourth year dependant on contractor and the agreement of both parties.
